It's just too bad that telesales has also earned a notorious streak in the world of respectable business. Bad press, and the abuses committed by con artists who use telesales, are pretty much the main reason why telesales is seen with such disdain by people. It's really too bad that in this world, there are still people who want to steal money from their unsuspecting victims, and have decided to employ such tactics as the battle scarred telesales. It's just a good thing for all of us that the federal government and the association of telesales representatives have decided to put up safeguards to help them get the job done and prevent them from getting things out of hand. How this will turn out in the future will all depend on the vigilance of the ordinary citizen and businesses themselves.
